Omega Plastics Group has strengthened its transport capabilities with the addition of a new Nissan curtain-side vehicle, supplied by Van Guru through a seamless end-to-end procurement and delivery process.
The journey began with an in-depth consultation to understand Omega Plastics Group’s operational requirements. Working closely with the team, Van Guru assessed the vehicle’s intended use, payload requirements, loading methods, and daily operating environment to recommend the most suitable specification.
Once the ideal Nissan chassis was selected, the order was placed and production was carefully coordinated. Throughout the build process, Van Guru managed communication with the manufacturer and bodybuilder, ensuring every aspect of the vehicle met the agreed specification. From the curtain-side body design and load restraint systems to any bespoke features required for Omega Plastics Group’s operations, every detail was monitored to deliver a vehicle ready for work from day one.
As the vehicle progressed through production, Van Guru kept Omega Plastics Group informed with regular updates, providing complete transparency and confidence throughout the process. Before delivery, the vehicle underwent comprehensive pre-delivery inspections to ensure it met the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
The final stage saw the completed Nissan curtain side vehicle officially handed over to the Omega Plastics Group team. During the handover, Van Guru provided a full vehicle demonstration, explaining its key features, operational controls, maintenance requirements, and best practices to help maximise efficiency and ensure a smooth transition into service.
